As an Indian I don't believe in Aryan Invasion/Migration Theory, this is something invented by Christians and outsiders to divide India and sow dissensions among the people living in this country. There is no such race Dravidians, the very 1st person who used the word dravida is Adi Shankaracharya to refer to the place of his origin. Most people from South India look similar to North Indians but have slightly darker skin color.

This is the European fantasy which has zero and quite frankly contrary beliefs to what would have actually happened. Yes the Indo Aryan Migration is real but historically the opposite attributes took place. The indo-aryan speakers took 1000 years to cover the entire gangetic plains in which they would have mixed with the local populace and not been able to maintain much of their dna the further east they went across the gangetic plains. In which there were no dravidians but random local aboriginese populations. Dravidian civilization was cultivated in the tamilakam region of south india. The minority south indians often repelled the much more populated indo aryan speakers frequently which proves clear miliary prowess over the latter per populace. It’s weird how so many people reject the aryan invasion/migration theory despite the overwhelming evidence. I don’t understand it. All you have to do is look at modern day India and see that the northern Indians are lighter skinned and the southern ones are dark skinned.

It's been scientifically proven that there was no invasion. Vedas were not created by these so-called Aryan migrants but they did influence. No evidence of war has been found. Indus valley was already declining and the majority of the population was moving down south. The Dravidians were not the people who were forced down south but were actually those who moved much further down south, so much that they were least influenced by the activities in the north. The north was experiencing more migrations than the south hence the difference. Sanskrit had indo and Harappan influence while Dravidian had more of harpa influence in language.
